When I go to the Catalyst website there is no Add New Domain button. It says I do not have access without a paid account, which I have had for three months. This is really holding me up, what is the problem or what am I doing wrong. Please help
Garry
Hi Gary,
Do you use the same Adobe ID for Business Catalyst as for Creative Cloud? Is it the same one as you use here on the forums?
These video may be helpful
Dreamweaver
Muse
I also found this doc

I'm also moving your post over to the Business Catalyst forum. They should be able to help get you squared away if you are still having difficulties.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I am using the catylist through creative clound account. I am using the same ID. I am not paying, but am using the basic account offered through the cloud (which I am paying for).
my url is: http://alacreativa.businesscatalyst.com
BTW the Business Cataylst online chat isn't working. It's 11:17 PST.
C.C.R., the site you linked to cannot be hosted on the free Creative Cloud site. There are features in it that are not supported by that plan.
The Creative Cloud Free sites can only be created within Muse or within Dreamweaver and are very basic sites with only static pages and web forms. To use the site you provided a link for you will need to upgrade to the eCommerce plan.
Well indeed it is basic. I don't even know why it's showing that as an index page, as it was never set up that way... I don't even know what OXO is....
I won't be selling anything. But I jsut corrected it. ---> http://alacreativa.businesscatalyst.com
My domain is www.alacreativa.com and I am unable to set it up...
I think the issue is the same as in this post: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4510693
You must create a site through either Muse or Dreamweaver in order to claim it. That site is a full solution site, so I assume you've created it in Partner Portal. It's still in trial mode and you haven't claimed it through creative cloud, which is why you can not add a domain name to it. I can set that site to webBasics for you and you can then claim it through creative cloud and add a domain to it. Do you want me to do this for you?
Cheers,
