Installing cs5.5 on win 7 64 failed twice

I tried to install on win 7 64. This is a new computer. The product was installed before on an old laptop xp 32 and it was OK. New computer lots of space 600GB lots of memory 8GB

 

Enter key OK, enter adobe id OK. Install 98% OK then it failed with exit error 7 and the following message

What is wrong? Any idea
