I accidently deleted a couple of extras in PSE9 organiser

I accidently deleted a couple of extras in PSE9 organiser - i.e. a heart and a strawberry.  I have tried rebuilding the mediadatabase file but still can't get them back.  Is there any way to retrieve them other than a complete re-installation, please?

    If they were in the Content panel, close PSE, delete both these files and reboot (the directories are hidden):

     

    "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\9.0\ThumbDatabase.db3"

     

    "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\9.0\Locale\en_us\MediaDatabase.db3"

     

    If they were shapes for the Custom Shape tool, re-installing is the only way to get them back.

    Thank you for the very quick reply.  I have followed your instructions but, unfortunately, the two images are still missing.  Looks like a complete re-install for me.
