Our bank uses Acrobat 9 Standard. We have almost 1,000 procedural pdf's, with multiple links in each one. Our I.T. department will be changing the server where these are stored; is there a way to do a mass-change on the links to reflect the change in servers?

Not without a third-party tool. There is no Javascript API access to the destination of a link, so no way to update them automatically.

I've developed a stand-alone tool that allows you to perform a Search & Replace operation on the links of multiple PDF files.

If you are changing out the machine, why not just give it the same IP address as the old server. If this is just a change in machine, the IP address is probably the simplest change to make.
