how to convert.

i bought premiere elements 10. instailled it and now it is saying the trail is over and i to to buy. i don't want to buy something i already bought. how do i fix this.?

    If you bought the boxed version the registration number will be on the DVD Box. If you bought the download version then you should be able to recover the registration number from your Adobe A/c.

    After the installation, did you add your S/N?

     

    Did you have the trial version installed, before you bought your full-paid copy?
