I've been having issues with Flash Pro CS6 that are getting progressively worse. I filed a few bug reports using their Bug Report form here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform
I just noticed today that I had some delivery failure notifications for those bug reports in my spam box.

The form submits to a nonexistent email address. This is basically Adobe giving everyone the finger. Great.
As a follow up, after Adobe never fixed the issue when I mentioned it to support several times, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they never responded to that or fixed the issue. Adobe doesn't care about us. Not even a little. Good thanks for all the money we spend on their software...
As a follow up, after I posted here that Adobe never responded to the BBB complaint, they emailed me apologizing and saying they were "working to fix it very quickly". It's been three weeks and they haven't fixed anything, but they did flat-out lie to the BBB and say that they had given me a "solution" and I responded that it "worked". Outrageous.
Suhas,
It is not fixed. It is not even changed:
