I just purchased Adobe Acrobat X Pro (Student and Teacher Edition). I've also received my serial number for it. When I attemt to install it, I instantly get an install error for system requirements. I have....

2.4 GHz processor (1.3 GHz required)

Windows XP Home with Service Pack 2

IE 8 and Firefox 12 (IE7 or 8/Firefox 3.5 or 3.6 required)

2.99 GB of RAM (512 MB required)

1024x768 resolution (1024x576 required and mine is all mine will do)

DVD-ROM drive

Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance!!

Acrobat X requires SP3. Read the system requirements.

Actually I finally figured that out. I had no idea there was 32- or 64-bit version of XP. Once I got that, I had no more issues. I just don't know how to close the topic.
