SSI and DW CS6

I'm editing an SSI file on DW CS6, but I cannot seem to use the split view with code and design. It only shows me the code view. I was able to do code and design view when I was using CS3. Can someone help with this?

    Load the page that includes the SSI into Dreamweaver. You should then be able to access the SSI through the Related Files toolbar or by selecting the include in Design view and clicking the Edit button in the Property inspector.
