Why Must I License and Activate Every Single Day?

Aug 9, 2012 12:05 AM

Every day I'm told I'm at 24 days left on a trial, or -1 days left and asked to sign in and license.

Which I do.

Same thing happens next day.

So let me get this strait; you are not using a router at all. Your computer is directly connected to your time warner modem and it has no brand name for the modem either?

I've seen the products reverting to trial with incorrect number of days remaining happen before but launching the Adobe Application Manager should now update to latest version and correct the issue. See this document and the Additional details section.

    http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html

You should be able to just launch the Adobe Application Manager via the Start Menu (Windows) or alias in the Applications folder (Mac)

    jfrancis,

Ok scratch that. I was looking for commonalities there between our issues. I am using a Linksys WRT54G connected to a Motorola SB5101 on Cox. You may be on to something with the anti-virus. I disabled mine for Licensing and it worked a while for me (for about a restart and a day). Please repost if the dreaded trial comes back.
