Hello i am useing windows 7 and explorer9

as an example when i click on bbc i play and try and watch any thing it says i need to install abode flash player .

when i try to down load flash player it tells me i have a newer version .

what am i doing wrong please i am a private user and this is my home computer

Welcome to Adobe Forums,

Use Flash Player Uninstaller to remove Adobe Flash Player completely :

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninsta ll_flash_player.exe

Once Flash Player uninstall successfully, then you can download Adobe Flash Player 11.3 from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
