Is AIR 3.3 compaible with Windows 7 x64?

I downloaded AIR 3.3 and installed it. from the downloaded site, it says that a version is available for windows 7 x32. I have extensions in dreamweaver that won't work and AIR is the suspected cause according to the developer. I have windows 7 x64 and using CS5.5. I can't get the sample extensions off of the Adobe website to work either. Adobe tech support denies that it might be a problem with their software. I have also tried to run it in compatibility mode and tested the extensions, but can't complete those installs without a properly functioning AIR. The extensions are Zpose photo gallery and TourDeFlex. Anyone else having the same issues?

I haven't run into this problem.  I use AIR 3.3 on my Win 7x64 system without any issues.  When you have it installed, does Tour De Flex work properly?  What Dreamweaver extension is causing you problems?  I'd be happy to install it on my system to see if I could reproduce the issue.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Could you try the stand along version of Tour De Flex found here?  If it installs and runs properly, then AIR should be ok.  Have you also tried asking in the Dreamweaver forums?  There might be someone there that has gone through this before.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Odd, could you post your AIR installation log so I can take a look at what's happening?

    Thanks,

Thanks, while this isn't the AIR log, it does appear that you are having an issue during the MSI portion of the install.  Googling the error "Error 1606. Could not access network location (computed)." leads me to believe that the installer is having a problem either resolving or accessing some path, I'm not sure where "computed" leads to though.

Try creating a new, temporary, windows user account (admin level) and install AIR again.  Do you get any error messages?  If not, try installing Tour de Flex again, does it install?

Glad to hear you got this working!  I suspect there's something corrupted in your main user account, possibly in the registry but it could also be a problem with environment variables.  Since it appears to only affect AIR, using the temp account should work around the problem since once the app/extension is installed it should be visible to all user accounts.
