CS 3 - Sequences gone..

Hi, yesterday I made my project in Premiere Pro CS3, with so many sequences, and then I saved it. Today, when I open the project, all of the sequences is gone.. Can somebody help me? I put all the sequences into a bin, and that bin is gone as well.. I'm totally shocked when I open it this morning.. So please help me.. Many thanks..

Open an earlier autosave project to see if everything is there

Did the bin accidently ge moved into another bin?

sometimes when you open a project in cs3 some bins and sequences etc are sorta maybe hiding...and the circled spot on the graphic below shows you where you might see if that is the problem...
In this case it is greyed out ( not active button )...but if you had stuff hidden accidentally the up arrow would be not greyed out..and when you click on it you then see more of your project files etc... hard to explain...but it happened to me a few times...and so keep it in mind...
