Camera Raw 7.1 download

I am trying to download Camera Raw 7.1 to a trial version of CS6.  I keep getting a message to close Bridge.  I have closed Bridge and checked the task manager.  It is closed.  I keep getting the message and the download will not proceed.  What can I do?

    Could be the Switchboard stuff... Shut this down as well, if active for whatever reason. Otehr than that we need a lot more info and/or screenshots of the relevant parts.

    What is Switchboard?  And what screen shots would you need? For example, the downloading error message?  Anything else?

    Just to be certain, when you "checked the task manager", you looked in the Processes tab, right?

    Thank you for your reply and suggestion.  I got the problem straightened out.  Bridge was in the "Start Up" folder and I didn't know it.  I never got to the Processes tab.
