The photoshop CS6 was downloaded successfully on my Mac but I could not install it. I then close my mac and I could not locate the photoshop CS6 in my Application.
Subsequent downloading has this message.
"Too many IP addresses: 13. You were allowed to download only from 10
All the downoading was done on a single machine (my mac).
I need your assistance urgently.
Well, what is your internet connection? Sounds like you are dynamically sharing W-LANs or some otehr wireless network (G3, G4?). Establish a fixed conenction by manualyl picking out a network/ provider.
Thank you. I am only using one secured broadband wireless network. Could the interference
come from neighbouring wireless networks (other homes)?
The downloading was successful, so should be located in Application (default).
Search for the photoshop CS6 but not to be found.
Alternatively, can you send a CD package instead. I've spent too much time on this.
Hope you understand my frustration.
my serial no:<Removed by Moderator>
I have removed the Serial number as it is not good to share it publicily.
Now back to you query , Its better if you contact the Adobe support and ask for the DVD as they will have to create the order and other formalities.
Secondly , It takes atleast 3-4 days to ship you the DVD (with express shipping) so , if you need the software urgently then re-download and check.
While downloading this time beware of where are you downloading files.
Now it's upto you.
