Open project in premiere elements trial problem.

Unload the trial of photoshop and premiere elementens, the photoshop works correctly, but the premiere .. only the organizer works, when I try to open project or new project the program is closed automatic .....(window xp).gracias! (the proyect save correctly, buy not open after)

    Not receipt ningun message of mistake never ... of fact the photoshop works perfectly, even the organizer of the premiere...

    Can you tell us all about your computer, and especially your computer's graphics card/chip?

     

    What is its make/model?

     

    What is the version and date of the installed video driver?

     

    When PSE runs, but PrE does not, it is usually an issue with the video driver being obsolete.

    Hello Bill, already I could solve the problem and it opens the premiere, since  your age a problem of the controller of the card who was not updated... Thank you very much for the caused inconveniences ...! Already now I can consider to buy it calmly of that it me is going to work..
