it's like 2 hours i can't update or do anything.

Same problems here. get a network error while trying to upload. (v22 tools)

"The upload has failed. Network failure".

I just heard that acrobat.com is experiencing intermittent outages, which is causing problems with DPS. I'll let you know when this issue is reported to be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are experiencing intermittent network failures in the publishing tools. The on-call staff is investigating. Distribution of content is not affected.

Any Progress on this issue, I've just been kicked out of my folio builder and it keeps failing to sign in.

I think patience is the best now, it looks like there are things going on
on the server side and it might get worse over the next few minutes but the
team is actively working on it, as Bob said.

Now is back working. Upload works again, all seems to be fine. Hope it stays stable now.

Can you try again? Servers finish reboot recently. Please do let me know if you are still experiencing the problem as we are actively monitoring them now.

Okay uploading works, but after uploading the spinner still spins and says "folio updating".

That’s a good indicator that our servers are back up. However, I will look for someone to help you with the spinner problem. The general guidance would be to delete that article and re-upload. Is there more than one article impacted?

There are a couple of variants that need to be considered before determining if that is the right recommendation. We should get you directly in contact with someone in support via a phone call to them or e-mail to dl-digipub-feedback@adobe.com<mailto:dl-digipub-feedback@adobe.com> so they can more quickly iterate on the questions and follow them through to closure more quickly than forum exchanges.

Sorry for the confusion. Think this was a delayed after effect of the reboot. Now works fine again with all articles. Reuploading those who infinite-spinned helped and solved it. Thanks.
