CM Solution (ES3)...letter preview hangs

I'm having issues getting the letter preview from within the Correspondence Management Solution to launch.  The UI just says "Loading Letter..." and nothing ever gets displayed.  I assume this is an issue with Flex not being able to launch the Reader plugin via the Form Bridge.  I don't see any javascript errors, however.  Any ideas or thoughts on how to debug and/or resolve this?

    I resolved this issue a long time ago, but thought I'd provide additional info to close out the thread.  I found some rendering errors in the JBoss log.  I'm not entirely sure why it was failing, but I think it was related to my laptop being reassigned a new IP Address once I connected to a new network.  Restarting JBoss resolved the issue.  It would have been helpful if the Flex UI had presented an error message of some sort.

    In any case if a user would like to know more information from Flex UI, It does provide some useful debug information.

     

    Just click on the Flex area on left hand side and click Ctrl + Alt + D , a flex dialog box opens up with useful information
