Id CS6 Subscription won't run- trial expired- can't open program...

I downloaded the trial version of InDesign and it's been working perfectly for several weeks. When the trial was going to expire I purchased a subscription. I don't understand how to make my program realize that I have a subscription..... it will not open at all now and I keep getting a box that tells me the trial is over and to purchase a subscription.

 

I've looked in my Adobe Application Manager and it says Indesign is installed.... I don't know what else to do and I need access to the software as soon as possible!

    When opening the software please click on the License this Software option.  You will then want to enter the Adobe ID tried to your subscription.
