download not working

Took 4 hours to get to 98% download of After Effects when it errored out with "Can't complete install please close Adobe Bridge. Cancel, Retry".

Bridge was not running. Nothing beside the download was running. Now it's restarting from the beginning?!! Why doesn't it restart from where it left off like Apple products do?

Hey, Thanks!
Yes - your message reminded me that the error did say "close adobe bridge" or something to that effect.
I didn't think I had it running but I will try the steps provided in the link you sent when I try again.
