I'm having trouble installing the Folio Building update. The message says "Install" is damage and can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.

My experience is that you cannot simply use solution one in that document. Gatekeeper has to be turned off.
It happen to my Lion OSX and there is no such GateKeeper in Lion. Kindly enlighten me please!
Lion did get GateKeeper with the 10.7.5 update: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5290
The recommendation made by Bob (#4) is correct.
