I have been using BrowserLab intermittently over the last few weeks but today I have tried many times to log in and test a page, but it keeps going round in circles eventually signing me out and telling me that unfortunately the "session timed out or I am signed in on another computer" which is not possible, I have just one machine for testing.
Please let me know how I can successfully get BrowserLab working again? I have tried clearing cache and resetting safari (5.1.2 / mac) to no avail.

We've been digging into this since Saturday night. We've narrowed it down and found that there is an issue with one of the back end services that BrowserLab needs to talk to that is causing an error for some users. I can't give you an ETA on a fix for it, but we are continuing to work on it and will let you know when we have a fix in place.
