How can I resolve trial downloads?

I joined Adobe Creative Cloud yesterday. I own Creative Suite CS4 which I purchased from Adobe. I was approved for the 29 dollars a month. My downloads went fine except I have the trial products.

How can I resolve this?

Hi Renee,

When you say you have the trial products I wasn't quite sure what you meant?

Are all your CS6 products launching in trial mode?

Please install the latest version of the Adobe Application Manager from here:
Windows
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
Mac OS
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

After installing that you might need to convert the trials to be licensed as part of your Creative Cloud membership using the "License This Software" option shown here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/convert-cs6-licensed-under-cc m.html

If you are still having difficulties after going through these or this is not quite what you meant please follow up

I resolved the problem using chat. The sign up process never completed. During the sign up process, a screen comes up that asks you to begin before completing the creative cloud purchase. I hope this helps you out. I went back in canceled the purchase, then repurchased, skipped the start step and completed the purchase. Purchase is not complete until you have an Adobe order number.
