I have not tried buring the DVD yet, due to low playback quality.
Generally - here is the issue - when the video is playing in the monitor (standard defintion video and DVD project) the quality is blurry when video is playing. When I stop the video, the picture gets nice and crisp clean.
Playing = blurry
Stopped = crisp
Any help is appreciated.

Especially... what kind of video are you editing in Premiere Pro, and what are your export settings from PPro?

Also, unless you are using a calibrated monitor, you can't really judge final output based on a computer monitor
A blank disc is not all that expensive... create one and play in a standalone player connected to a TV
