install failure

My install of photoshop 10 elements failed to install when I ordered the trial version of the bundle of photoshop and premier 10 elements.  Now how can i get it?

    And exactly what is happening? Error messages? What operating system and computer? You need to be more specific.

    The install failed before anything was installed.  I think i lost my internet connection.  I just need to know how I can access the load for Photoshop Elements 10, so that if I buy it, it is part of the bundle pricing offered when you download Photoshop and Premier together.  I have the Premier download now.  Not the Photoshop one.
