When I try to send a photo by email I get a new window saying that elements has sent an email to me with a code. I am supposed to enter the code in the new window. The problem is that it never sends the code? I have tried numerous times and get the same results each time. I have my correct email address in the program but for some reason I cannot send a photo?

    This sometimes happens if the Adobe servers are busy. Leave things for a short while and try later. Also it’s best to copy & paste the code to ensure no mistakes when entering it.
