We are trying to install Adobe Flash player 11, and it is saying that a newer version is already installed. But there is not one anywhere installed on our computer. We just unistalled it about 3 days ago.

Do a clean install as described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

If you still have problems, supply your operating system and browser info.
