Can't deactivate PS5. It asks to connect to the internet but the computer is. Also the computer is on a clean boot with nor firewall or other means of protection.

Well, if you can't deactivate this way, you couldn't re-activate eitehr, so you stil lhave to work out that part of the problem. If you just want to free up your activations, then yes, calling activation support should do the trick.
