I've Lightroom3 on my laptop and desktop PCs. Can I use same productkey to install on my new MacPro?

    Yup.

    Just in case you don't know: You don't need to use the installation media and then patch to latest 3.x version. You can install the latest download version directly and use the key on it.

    F. McLion is correct. Note also that you're expected to have LR on a maximum of two machines, on which you can have only one copy at a time running.

    No. It's an "honour system" thing, so there's no deactivitation - but you are expected to remove it from the old lappy.

    There is one exception to that rule ... If you purchase Lr4 from the Mac App Store ... you can have it installed on up to 5 computers that you own and regeistered to your Apple ID as per the MAS EULA ...
