After installing the new CS6 Web and Design, I was invited to update my online profile and claim my free gift. After reaching the profile site, I saw the gift descriptions, but after updating the profile, I didn't find any way to select the free gift choices. What do I do?
There are no free gifts/product registration offers available for Creative Suite 6. My apologies for the inconvenience. I had been told that the web site had been updated to reflect this and no one else has posted about this for awhile. I will keep an eye out though to see if there are any other users now experiencing this difficulty.
I also just got this (after launching Acro X, as part of a Creative Cloud membership), and am not following. It doesn't just seem like no gift, but the same as any message I get from Adobe. Like, when my credit card was about to expire: just click here to update. But you take us through 3 screens of confirming profile info, which seem to make it always forget what the point of signing on, then once dumped at the generic account.html page, we have to search manually for the function we came there for.
So, no free gift? Also, fix the signon linking process.
