How do I get your &$*# software to allow a required download and install?

Photoshop Elements 9 and Premier Elements 9 are requiring an update for the inspiration browser that includes an Air update; however, the software will not allow me to do that.  It reports an error and retry...and that's it.  Can I get a solution?  Blood pressure is rapidly rising.

    Have you tried troubleshooting using the steps listed on this doc ? Although this refers to an older version of Elements(7 actually) but can try the troubleshooting steps listed and let us know the results.

    Thanks. Can you provide the screenshot and where in the workflow as mentioned on the previoius doc are you getting the error ?
