Unable to Install Acrobat x Pro

Aug 12, 2012 10:08 AM

I recently purchased a Student edition of Adobe Acrobat X Pro. I verified my student enrollment and already have the serial number for the program. After which, I followed the instructions and inserted the DVD into my drive. At that time I was prompted by my computer that there is no disc in the drive, when in fact there is. I have already re-started my computer multiple times, and tested the drive other DVDs/CDs (it works fine). This leads me to believe that the installation dvd is, for some reason, not working well. I already registered my product online and was hoping to get some direction as I am anxious to use this product. Please help!

You may download the trial version and activate it using the serial. For exchanging teh faulty disk, contact sales support.

Can you let us know in detail what happens when you run the setup file(the trial version of the Acrobat that you downloaded) ?

    Thanks
