Create Connection problems

Had to reinstall Contribute on my hard drive. Nothing was written down as far as all Contributes settings. All I know is the ftp address, username, and password. It now says "Contribute cannot verify your connection information. /public Please contact your administrator for assistance".

 

I am the administrator!! Please help !!
