Creating forms in Dreamweaver CS6

Hi,

 

I am quite new to dreamweaver and CS6 is my first HTML editor and CSS creator. I would like to know a step by step guide on how I can create a contact form, apply CSS styles to the labels and the text input areas and to also know how to create all the php script that is required for the form to work. I would like the form sent to my own email address.

 

Could any one please point me in the right direction for this as I can't seem to find anything that works with CS6 and there are so many exmaples out there.

    What is your skill level with HTML, CSS, and PHP?  If you are at ground zero on all of these, then you have a dark and twisty path ahead of you.

    If your new then it might be best to use an online form generator. Search Google for 'online php form generator'

    I know html and css and can. I know how to create a form in dreamweaver. The only think  I dont know is the script I need. Is there a default script that anyone can use?

    FormMail has worked for me in the past...
