PDF to XLSX conversion inconsistent

I converted a PDF to an Excel (XLSX) file but it is not consistent.  The conversion treated similar data differently within the document.  The process dropped data out completely and it was not just moved to a different cell.  It appeared to have trouble with page breaks.

Are there any settings within the upload process? Is there an expert consultant reading this which I can talk through this with?

This is a very time sensitive issue for me.

    Hi Steven,

     

    I saw your submission to the File Conversion Issue form. I was able to reproduce the behavior you described.  I've sent your file to my engineering team so they can try to learn from it.

     

    Unfortunately there's no solution I can offer you for your file right now.
