Acrobat issue - pop-up says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days"

Aug 10, 2012 10:10 AM

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me get rid of an annoying pop up I'm encountering in Acrobat.

I'm running a licensed version of Adobe CS6 Master Collection that I purchased directly from Adobe.

I've noticed, however, in the last few days that when I go to print a web page to PDF format using Adobe -PDF, I am getting an unusual Adobe pop-up that says "Your trial will expire in 32767 days". This seems to be happening only in Acrobat, all other Adobe programs are working fine. JPEG of popup is attached.

I then click on "License this software", then I'm prompted to sign-in with my Adobe account. So I enter my login details, the page appears to load, however, then I'm sent back to the sign-in screen. I know I'm using the right log-in details (as I just logged in to post this message!). So the only way to get out of this message is to click back and then "continue trial".

Acrobat version installed is 10.1.3

I've already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Acrobat, but I'm still having the same problem.

Thanks in advance!
