I am unable to download shockwave

I am unable to download shockwave. I uninstalled the version already on my computer and changed the security settings like the help screen said but it will not install. Any other suggestions?Thanks

Run the shockwave uninstaller and re-insall shockwave. http://helpx.adobe.com/shockwave/kb/download-shockwave-stand-alone-ins taller.html
