I sent a screen shot of the error messages, which I do not understand. After having a good online chat with one of your tech people, I shut down, restarted, and tried to reinstall a trial version of the Dreamweaver software with all applications closed. (This is what had been suggested.) The download went along fine for awhile and then aborted and left the same error messages sheet. I tried restarting and downloading the full version, but the same thing happened.
I attached those error messages to a previous communication, so they are at Adobe somewhere. If you would like me to attach the screen shot again, I can do that, though I don't see that opeion with this particular chat.
Because there seems not to be an option to attach that screen shot, I will retype the messages here: (hoping I didn't make mistakes, but that's entirely possible!) I hope you can help. Thanks very much. Susan Bingham
