Any help would be great. I tried rebooting the computer. Also shutting it down for a while and bringing it back up. I also cleared cache and tried deleting the preference files.
This is a turn key system that has done other encore products so the hardware can handle it. Also, Premiere Pro is running fine. The biggest issue now is that I can not get the program to do anything but boot to the crash screen. Here is the error.
