My photos are much darker and have more contarst than then do when i bring them into photohsop. I think the photohsop files are correct. What can I do?

Thanks looking over this. I have cs6 so that cant be it.
and i cheked the calibration and it is v2.
thanks looked it all over and none of it helped. It has to be a setting in photoshop or lightroom that I have wrong.
Can you put up a screen shot of your Develop Module showing settings and one that shows the same image in PS.
Just a thought:
In PS menu Edit/Color Settings, make sure that Color Management Policies are to Preserve Embedded Profiles.
