Can't download trial version

Aug 13, 2012 2:38 PM

I have tried to download the trial version of Photoshop, at least 3 times and I keep getting the error message that I don't have enough space for the program. I have over 400 gigs on my hard drive and 3.8 gigs in my RAM. So, why won't it download? I've used the trial version of other photo editing software with no problems. I deleted that software to try Photoshop, but now I'm tempted to purchase from the other company after all the problems I've had with photoshop before I've even tried the program. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium, with 64-bit Intel Pentium OS.

Could you provide details about the exact error message? An error number perhaps. That'll help folks figure out what's going on.

Could you also check that you're signed in with Admin privileges, and have sufficient rights to install the software.

The 400GB space that you mention, is it all on C: drive? Or do you have multiple drives?
