Help with DPS

Hi, I am a designer from Malta (Europe) I am very interested in purchasing a DPS Single or Proffesional edition for my publications to shift to tablet/digital publishing, but I am finding it very very hard into purchasing the licence, I tried searching the european store but every time I click on the link of dps the error of ''Page not Available'' always get displayed...

Can someone please help me on how can i purchase the single or profesional edition.

I am willing to send any contact details needed.
