Hello, and welcome to the forums.

I hope that you have found the Photoshop Forum, as it is quite active, and there are a lot of very helpful folk there.

I got my start in the Adobe Forums with Photoshop, but that was even before the forums, per se, back when there was only the NNTP and news groups - before the Internet.

If Photoshop is a program of interest, then I would suggest spending some time on that product forum, and just picking subjects to read. Lot of great info on that forum.

Just browsing the Adobe product forums is like taking a graduate-level class in that program.

When I added Premiere Elements (similar to my old stand-by, Premiere Pro), I read every article in the Pr Elements Forum, and had a very good handle on the differences in the two Premiere apps. Lot of great tips. Same with Photoshp - lots of good reading.
