There is something wrong with my tool bar and I don't know how to get it back to the default setting

    Wrong forum. You should ask in the PS forum, but try resetting your workspace. This forum is for Premiere Pro CS5+.

    Hello! I don't see a toolbar in that screenshot. If you mean the panels, you can pull them to reveal their contents, or go reset your workspace, in Window > Workspace >Reset Workspace, as suggested.

    Soup,

     

    I am with Pierre here, in that I do not see, from your screen-cap, what is missing, or what has changed for you.

     

    If the suggestion to Reset Workspace, or trashing your Prefs, does not fix things, please post another screen-cap, showing exactly what is missing, or what has changed.
