Manually scale printing?

Is it possible to manually scale printing in Acrobat X? The only options I can find are "fit", "actual size" and "shrink oversize". I am sure this was possible in earlier versions of Acrobat.

    OK, so I have a cropped pdf which I want to print on A4. The "fit" option makes it too big and pixelated; the "actual size" is too small (and appears only in the upper lh corner of the page). So can I enter a percentage scale, and centre it on the page. As I said, I thought it was easy to do this in Acrobat 9.
