Draw a rendering of a drawing?

Sounds like we need more info on what you are trying to do.

Did you draw something by hand, want to scan it in and then color it in Photoshop? If you are looking to change a 2D drawing into a 3D model, Photoshop has some tools for this, but may not be the best solution.

    Martin,

If I understand your desire correctly, I think that you will get closer to what you want with Live Trace in Adobe Illustrator.

Even if you are only using your line drawing as a "template," and creating your Image on a Layer above it, I think that doing so by hand in Illustrator will be much easier, than in Photoshop.

If I missed what you are trying to do, please correct my thinking, and good luck,

    Hunt

Why would you draw a house (or anything) in Powerpoint?

Would you mind posting a screenshot?

    Have you considered trying Blender?
