Interactive Presentation, App help, Licence required?

I am designing an interactive presentation in indesign for a client.  I need to convert it into an app as the client wants to be able to view it offline on his ipad.  The App is just going to be for personal use, so we are not selling and want to keep it private.  I also need to make some changes to it in the future.

Questions?

What licence do I need of DPS (Is Single Edition ok)?

Is there recurring costs?

Can I specify that it should be private in the App store?

Am I able to make changes to the app in the future?

Also, why do we not get the Single Edition until later 2012, I need this now and its available?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You don't need to buy anything beyond InDesign. You'll use the Adobe Content Viewer to view the app.

If you want a branded app, you'll need an enterprise level account through Adobe and Apple.

Once downloaded it will remain on your iPad until you explicitly remove it.

Yes, you can just change and update the folio.

Is there any limits as to how many folios that can be stored for offline viewing.
