When I use the Social Sharing to Web Viewer I get the response below in the pop-up window where the article should appear.
This happens when I share it through both email and facebook. The article has been unprotected. I have several other apps where sharing works, but two that do not.
Has anyone else come across this?
Hi guys,
So the property I am referring to is not in Viewer Builder. It's in the account admin panel.

If you deselect this option and enable Social Sharing in Viewer Builder, social sharing links point to the Publication URL you specify in Viewer Builder, not to Web Viewer articles. The Enable Web Viewer setting has no effect when Social Sharing links are tapped on an iPad or iPhone.
Also, you'll want to make sure that your renditions are set up properly. At this time, the 1024x768 iPad SD folio should be JPG or PNG (not PDF). In addition, you need to make sure that the Article Name values in your different renditions are identical. This "Article cannot be found" message can occur if you share from a 2048x1536 folio that does not have a corresponding 1024x768 PNG/JPG rendition, or if you share from an iPhone article that doesn't have a matching article name in the 1024x768 iPad rendition.
