Videos and Slideshows not playing in desktop web viewer

Hello,

Created a v22 custom viewer and when sharing an article through Facebook and viewing in the desktop web viewer, videos and slideshows are not playing and some multi-state objects are behaving erratically. Anyone else experienced this?

Christopher - Is this problem still occurring? If so, can you please provide the shared URL link? Also, which browser are you using to view the articles, and which set of tools did you use (v19, v21, v22?) to create the folios?

Hi Bob,

Yes it was still occuring as of yesterday. We tested it in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. We're using v22 of the tools. We ended up protecting the articles as of yesterday, let me see if I can replicate and send you a URL.

Hi again,

Wondering if the slideshows aren't working because there's a swipe to change image applied to them? As for the video, the cursor changes to hand when hovering, but doesn't play.

Hope this link helps in troubleshooting.
