Hi,

 

The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [TAdd}

I get this at start un on win7 with Illustrator 5.

    Could the application be in the wrong folder, as per this thread.

    I forgot to say that my keyboard shortcuts dont work. The shortcut file is in the right folder (language us).

    I have the same error TADD with illustrator CS5/Win7. Removing AIprefs or Font-cache doesn't seem to help.

    in my folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS5 there is a shortcut to

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS5\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe

    but I don't think i'm supposed to start moving the program around..

    Has smbdy found a solution yet to this problem??
