"See" and "See also" markers not showing?

Hi,

Fairly new to FM here, and just finishing up a course in the basics.

I find that when I create a "see" or "see also" index marker, the new marker (for the preferred term) doesn't show, even though it's there. I have my view set to see text symbols, and I can see all other markers. I know it's there because the cross reference works. Why isn't there a viewable marker?
